Sharon brings almost ten years of strategic oversight, fundraising innovation and leadership in her role as CEO of Ethiopiaid Australia. She works with staff, supporters and stakeholders in Australia and Ethiopia to champion the voice of the vulnerable and advance locally-sourced education and healthcare in Ethiopia.
Prior to joining Ethiopiaid Australia, Sharon worked at Melbourne’s Lost Dogs’ Home where she rose through the ranks to take on roles in fundraising management and leadership.
As CEO of Ethiopiaid Australia, Sharon leads a passionate team focused on sustainable change and transparent results. As a mother, she is particularly concerned for the welfare of children and women around the world, and is driven to use her fundraising experience to advance Ethiopiaid’s core vision of health and hope for all.

Courtney has recently joined the team at Ethiopiaid after spending a year on maternity leave becoming a first-time mum. She brings with her over 10 years' experience human rights and charity work, specialising in stakeholder engagement, project management and fundraising.
Courtney is thrilled to be part of Ethiopiaid and joining its mission for an Ethiopia free from poverty.

With a background in the humanitarian sector, Amy has many years of experience working internationally, including in the Pacific, Europe and Africa. Amy spent time living and working in Ethiopia and developed a love for the people and the country during her time there. She is motivated to use her studies in human rights and humanitarian law, together with her communications experience, to contribute to positive and sustainable change.

Adrien recently joined Ethiopiaid Australia after having worked for several years for diverse human rights and human rights organisations in Switzerland and in Thailand. Most recently he worked for the International Movement of the Red Cross, where he engaged regularly with Ethiopia and was deployed for a short mission in Addis and Tigray.
Adrien holds a master’s degree in Human Rights and is passionate about empowering local communities to create sustainable change. In his free time, Adrien enjoys riding his bike and eating chocolate.

Passionate about the intersection of environmental and social justice, Xeia majored in Global Studies at the National University of Singapore. She has both worked and volunteered in the arts, social and education sectors.
Xeia grew up in Singapore and moved to Melbourne to settle down with her partner and two cats.
