Sharon brings almost ten years of strategic oversight, fundraising innovation and leadership in her role as CEO of Ethiopiaid Australia. She works with staff, supporters and stakeholders in Australia and Ethiopia to champion the voice of the vulnerable and advance locally-sourced education and healthcare in Ethiopia.
Prior to joining Ethiopiaid Australia, Sharon worked at Melbourne’s Lost Dogs’ Home where she rose through the ranks to take on roles in fundraising management and leadership.
As CEO of Ethiopiaid Australia, Sharon leads a passionate team focused on sustainable change and transparent results. As a mother, she is particularly concerned for the welfare of children and women around the world, and is driven to use her fundraising experience to advance Ethiopiaid’s core vision of health and hope for all.

Emily brings with her 10 years’ experience in administrative positions for both small businesses and multinational organisations.
She has volunteered at the Maneki Neko Cat Rescue and Victoria's FareShare for the homeless, and is currently completing her degree in Public Health at ACU University.

Lisa has many years of experience in client relationship and program management. Her studies in Sociology and Environmental Sustainability aid in understanding how development programs can make long-lasting, positive change.
As the mother of two teenage daughters, Lisa is particularly interested in equity, equality and the welfare of women and girls.

Passionate about the intersection of environmental and social justice, Eunice majored in Global Studies at the National University of Singapore. She has both worked and volunteered in the arts, social and education sectors.
Eunice grew up in Singapore and has just moved to Melbourne to settle down with her partner and two cats. We're delighted to welcome Eunice to our team!

Luke joined the team as a volunteer in 2021. He originally came on board to help with administrative and data-related tasks, but has continuously gone above and beyond. He's currently completing his degree in Computer Science at RMIT Melbourne and his expertise in all things tech have proven a valuable asset to the organisation. Luke is a dedicated volunteer who is passionate about giving back to his community and helping those that are in need in our world.
