Robert is Chair and Executive Director of the Bayside Group, a specialist recruitment business driven by the vision; "Partnering in the future of People". Robert is passionate about living this vision and this fuels his passion to help out in the not-for-profit sector. An active fundraiser for many charities, Robert's specialities include Corporate Governance, Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy, HSE and Quality.
Paul Bailey
Director
Paul’s vision is to help not-for-profits increase their impact by growing their fundraising. With ten years' experience working in fundraising and communications with leading non-profits in the UK and Australia, Paul helps charities realise their revenue potential by working with senior leadership teams and boards to align the organisation’s vision, agree an effective fundraising strategy, and support delivery by providing advice on structure, systems and processes.
Kidest Nadew
Director
Kidest Nadew is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive work in paediatrics health services, program management, global health and senior management via her role as Country Director for Yale University Global Health Leadership Initiative. Kidest has worked in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Australia, the Republic of Ireland and Nigeria, and is very familiar with the challenges faced by communities in these countries. Kidest is passionate about global community development through local partners.
Manoj Kookkal
Director
Manoj has a background in health services management and public administration in Australia and India, with over 15 years' expertise in corporate affairs management in the health industry. The head of a corporate services division at a major NSW Public Hospital, he has led partnerships with NGOs and foundations that support health services and research programs. Manoj is passionate about the role played by charities and volunteers in making a positive impact on health and social status, especially for women and children in developing countries.

Melanie Wilson

Melanie is Director and Manager for the Bayside Group, a specialist recruitment business. Her field of focus is in corporate strategy and marketing, and she is heavily involved in developing and driving business initiatives that add value for customers. Melanie is also a passionate volunteer in the not-for-profit sector and has extensive experience as fundraiser and convenor for Amnesty International Australia.
Suzie Bratuskins
Director
Suzie is an experienced not-for-profit leader with a strong belief in the value of volunteering to create positive change. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a pharmacist, plus roles in Medical, Marketing and Sales in the pharmaceutical industry, Suzie truly understands the nuances of the health industry and how to make an impact. Via fundraising events and major donor stewardship programs, she brings ideas, drive and energy to build long lasting relationships based on respect and trust.

Olga Hempel
Director
Olga’s expertise encompasses all aspects of policy development, advocacy, legal research and law reform with a focus on international human rights law. She has extensive experience influencing positive policy change in areas of family violence, prisoners’ rights and torture prevention while working with organisations in Gippsland, Hong Kong, Switzerland and Bhutan. Olga is committed to empowering vulnerable communities through effective and sustainable policy formulation.
