Partner Peer Exchange 2026:
Building Collaboration in Ethiopia

Planning has started for our third Partner Peer Exchange workshop, to be held in Addis Ababa in October 2026—and we couldn’t be more excited!
Looking back, our first event in 2024 brought together 50 participants, including:
- 42 employees from partner organisations
- 2 recipients sharing their stories
- Guest speaker Mary Healy
- 5 Ethiopiaid representatives (staff and board members)
The event was a hub for networking, learning, and collaboration. Partners highlighted how valuable it was to understand Ethiopiaid better, gain fundraising insights, and connect with peers. Discussions revealed a shared recognition that collaboration among NGOs in Ethiopia can be strengthened, and attendees were eager to lead that change.

- Regular meetings to exchange experiences and resources
- Capacity-building in fundraising, leadership, finance, and management
- Multi-year and early-year funding for long-term program delivery
- Feedback and support on implementation, sustainability, and income generation
- Strengthened relationships and communication for future collaboration
